15 MINNESOTA NATIVES IN ACTION BETWEEN NORSEMEN AND TEAM USA

ST. CLOUD, MN – As the St. Cloud Norsemen prepare to welcome the NTDP U18s this weekend, the eyes of the hockey community will be on the plethora of Minnesota natives on the ice on Friday and Saturday.

Between the two sides, the Norsemen (14) and Team USA (1) will skate a combined 15 Minnesota natives between the two exhibition games.

TEAM USA:

ST. CLOUD NORSEMEN:

Jack Suchy – Forward – Medina, MN

Jonny Meiers – Forward – Eagan, MN

Nik Hong – Forward – Minneapolis, MN

Ryan O’Neill – Forward – Roseville, MN

Tyler Braccini – Forward – Hanover, MN

Hunter Hanson – Forward – Blaine, MN

Ben Helgeson – Forward – Roseau, MN

Caydon Meyer – Defense – Woodbury, MN

Micheal Spinner – Defense – Prior Lake, MN

Connor Couet – Defense – St. Micheal, MN

Owen Ramirez – Defense – South St. Paul, MN

Andrew Boemer – Defense – Eagen, MN

Will Pinney – Goalie – St. Louis Park, MN

Josh Weyandt – Goalie – Chanhassen, MN

The games will feature players from 18 different states and three different nations.

Tickets for Friday and Saturday’s games are available online at tickets.stcloudnorsemen.com and will remain available until 30 minutes after puck drop on the day of the game.

Friday’s contest will begin at 4:00 PM, and Saturday’s will begin at 7:00 PM.

Upon the conclusion of the weekend stint against the NTDP, the Norsemen will turn their attention to October 9 and their matchup with the Aberdeen Wings to kick off the 2020 regular season. The Norsemen home opener is slated for October 30 against the Bismarck Bobcats.
