Blizzard Alternate Captain was named an honorable mention for his two assists in this past weekend’s series with the Aberdeen Wings.
Blizzard forward, Ryan Green was honored as an Honorable Mention in this weeks NAHL Stars of the week.
The Muskego, Wi native picked up a pair of assists and had a plus two rating on the weekend. Green is now tied for third in points for the Blizzard with 17. (8 G, 9 A, 25 GP). This is now the second time the Alternate Captain has received NAHL Star of the Week honors.
The Blizzard enjoy a Holiday break this week before returning to the ice next Tuesday for a New Years Eve game up in Cloquet. This will be a 5:00pm road game and the 8th meeting between the Blizzard and Wilderness this season.
Following the trip to the Northland the Blizzard head Northwest to the Magic city in a series against the Minot Minotauros.
