Millen, born and raised in Cloquet, MN, played at the University of Minnesota and is the Golden Gophers 3rd All-Time leading scorer. The forward recorded 241 points (119 goals, 122 assists) in 149 career games and served as team captain during the 1986-87 season. Following his four years at the University of Minnesota, Millen played 14 seasons in the NHL including NHL stints with the New York Rangers, the Los Angeles Kings, the Dallas Stars and the Calgary Flames. Millen is also a two time Olympian, competing during the 1984 Olympic Games in Sarajevo and the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary. Millen has worked at the collegiate level and coached in the USHL, but his greatest coaching success to date is winning the NAHL championship in 2015 while at the helm of the NAHL’s Minnesota Wilderness.

Mignone is in his second season in St. Cloud after serving as the Head Coach of the Rochester Grizzlies (NA3HL) during the 2018-2019 season. Born in Ramsey, NJ, the east coast native spent his playing days climbing the ranks of both College and Pro hockey. Graduating from Westfield State College in 2010, Mignone then continued his playing career in the FHL and the SPHL before making the switch to coaching. Since 2015, Mignone has been climbing the ranks of coaching through both college and junior hockey and looks to continue this growth for years to come.

Born in Atikokan, Ontario and growing up in Burnsville, MN, Nate played his youth hockey through bantam in Burnsville before moving to Marquette, MI to play for the Marquette Electricians AAA Midget program. After one year in Marquett, he played 3 years in the USHL for the North Iowa Huskies (now Cedar Rapids Roughriders). While playing in the USHL, Nate earned USHL MVP, Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, USHL 1st Team all-star, and USA Hockey Junior Player of the Year. Nate then headed to play at St. Cloud State University for the next 4 years. In his senior year, he earned All-WCHA 2nd Team All-Star and currently sits in the top-10 in all time for points at St. Cloud State University.
Nate went on to play a 17-year professional playing career where he would play in over 1,000 games from the AHL to Europe and representing Team Italy in 4 World Championships and 2 Olympic Qualifying tournaments.
Upon retiring, Nate transitioned to coaching and was an assistant coach in the USHL for the Des Moines Buccaneers in 2019, and last season, Nate was the an assistant coach for KAC in the Alps Hockey League in Klagenfurt, Austria.
Nate now resides back in Minnesota and, in addition to working with the St. Cloud Norsemen staff, works with Power Edge Pro and does player development training with teams and players in the Minneapolis area.
