St. Cloud, Minn. – The groundwork for the 2021-22 season begins when Norsemen Main Camp, Presented by Premier Real Estate Services, gets underway. Camp starts this Thursday, July 29 and wrapping with an All-Star game on Monday, August 2.
The five-day camp will be held at the Andover YMCA Community Center hockey rink in Andover, Minnesota. More than 125 skates and goaltenders will be in attendance as St. Cloud Norsemen coaches and staff look to assemble a championship roster for the upcoming season.
Registration will take place on Thursday, July 29 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. and camp officially begins with an opening camp meeting at 4:30 p.m. at the rink in Andover. All players and teams will play one game on Thursday night and two on Friday. DOWNLOAD A PRINTABLE SCHEDULE HERE.
Players will be assigned jersey colors and numbers on arrival to camp. These numbers and colors may change throughout camp as the number of participants is trimmed. A series of three cuts will be made at the end of the day following Friday’s games and Sunday’s games.
Camp participants will be notified of which players advance after games are complete Friday through Sunday on the St. Cloud Norsemen Twitter account and Instagram story, as well as at the Main Camp Hub on stcloudnorsemen.com – Follow the Norsemen on social media for Main Camp Photos, presented by STā-FIT, and Main Camp Video & Daily Reports, presented by Ultimate Sports Bar & Grill.
