The Lyon Sheet Metal and Heating Norsemen Network, founded in 2020, is the official home of the St. Cloud Norsemen’s digital streaming of games. Join the “Voice of the Norsemen” Mark Shelley in the broadcast booth for every game, home and away, during the 2020-21 season.

Shelley, a Landisburg, PA native, began his career in broadcasting with the Altamonte Springs Boom of the Florida Collegiate Summer League before broadening his broadcasting portfolio as the Play-By-Play voice of the Mansfield Mountaineers. While working with the Mountaineers, Shelley entered the sport of hockey as the lead broadcaster for Cornell University’s Women’s Hockey program. A mixture of Cornell sports broadcasting roles including hockey, wrestling, and sprint football laid the framework for Shelley’s transition to the NAHL.

In his first season in the NAHL, Shelley occupied the role of Director of Broadcasting/Communications for the Amarillo Bulls and was selected as one of the two broadcasters for the league’s 2020 Top Prospects Tournament.

Shelley and co-hosts at ESPN Ithaca were selected as the recipients of the 2018 New York State Broadcasters Association award for Best Radio Show for their roles in “Between The Lines.”
