NORSEMEN TENDER ST. LOUIS BLUES FORWARD RUKLIC

The St. Cloud Norsemen have signed forward Anthony Ruklic to a North American Hockey League tender.

Ruklic is a 5’10, 2004 right-shot forward from Edwardsville, Illinois, skating for the St. Louis Blues AAA program. Ruklic has played Tier 1 Elite AAA hockey with the Blues program for the last five seasons, winning the T1EHL Championship with the U18 squad last weekend. Ruklic has 15 goals and 11 assists in 20 games played this season in the T1EHL and Midwest Exposure Series.

The St. Cloud Norsemen have also tendered forwards Andrew Knapp, Dakota Lenz, Hogan Sinjem and Max Strand as well as defenseman Leo Gruba and Wyatt Wurst this season. Gruba is ranked in the top 100 among North American skaters in the latest NHL Central Scouting 2022 draft rankings.

St. Cloud (27-13-0-1) is in first place in the Central Division and now holds a five-point advantage over second place Austin, as the Norsemen sit at the top with 55 points in the standings. The Norsemen are on a 12-game winning streak and have the league’s best goal differential at +53. St. Cloud is back in action this Friday, February 25 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Athletic Complex against the Minnesota Wilderness.
