Bryce Gustafson –  Scout (Minnesota) 

Bryce grew up playing hockey and went on to play 4 years of high school hockey for Eastview High School in Apple Valley, Minnesota. He later went on to play 2 years of Junior hockey, one of which was for the Blizzard in their first ever season in Brookings, SD.  After juniors he went on to play College hockey at the University of Wisconsin – Superior until his sophomore year in which he suffered a career ending injury. Bryce now resides in Minneapolis, MN.



Todd Samson  (Michigan)

Todd covers Michigan and its surrounding states and has achieved a high level of success by strategically identifying and recruiting, elite, passionate, hard working, high character, impact players with consistent results. Todd has established a tremendous hockey network at the grassroots level and promotes the St Cloud Blizzard in an honest, positive and professional manner.

Todd has played and coached at all levels of hockey for decades in the Detroit area and was a valuable asset as the USA Scout for the Canadian Jr A “Powerhouse” Wellington Dukes of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) in Toronto, with multiple league, and regional Championships, including trips to Canadian Junior A National Championships. 

Todd is currently a Captain with the Livonia Fire Department in Metro Detroit, and is married with two children.  He served honorably in the US Navy as a Gunner during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. 

Todd’s academic profile includes a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and a Masters Degree is Occupational Safety and Environmental Management.
